BMW Financial Services, part of the renowned automotive group BMW, was seeking to strengthen its position in the area of captive financial services and to highlight its expertise in holistic mobility concepts. In a rapidly changing market, where financial services play a key role in customer acquisition and retention, it was crucial to increase the visibility and awareness of the services offered.

Assignment

Our main tasks included increasing public awareness of captive financial services and establishing BMW Financial Services as experts in comprehensive mobility concepts.

Idea and Implementation

We positioned BMW Financial Services as a pioneer and central point of contact for specialist topics in the context of individual media contacts. The company's leading figures were presented in interviews and as sources, and we edited specialist articles and contributions from female authors. Furthermore, we organized events for customers and exclusive press conferences to further raise the brand's profile.

BMW Financial Services has successfully established itself as a leading industry representative in the areas of leasing and financing. Particularly in northern Germany, the BMW bank has been able to position itself as a competent partner for medium-sized companies.
