Background

The TOM TAILOR Group, a global fashion company with a focus on vertical integration, specializes in trend-oriented casual clothing. Each brand within the group represents a unique style and character, while pursuing a common goal: to offer high-quality, stylish fashion at a convincing price-performance ratio.

Assignment

Our role was to develop a strategic communications concept and to continuously implement it, both internally and externally. We supported the corporate communications department in improving the company's image among the public, current and potential investors.

Idea and Implementation

We were responsible for media relations and the positioning of the CEO in the area of external communications. In addition, we provided support in the area of investor relations. For strategic communications, we relied on digital channels and revitalized the editorial content of the corporate website. Internally, we promoted CEO communications and the internal communications structure, including the development of a new intranet and the organization of internal events.

Result

We succeeded in significantly increasing the reputation of the TOM TAILOR Group among both internal and external stakeholders. This helped to strengthen the employer brand, which is now receiving a very positive response from both internal and external audiences.
