At the start of 2025, the Besenthal Group is strengthening its communications activities and is relying on the expertise of ORCA van Loon Communications. The main focus is on developing and implementing a holistic employer branding strategy.
“In order to best understand the needs of the Besenthal Group, we started our collaboration with a strategy workshop,” explains Hendrik Schulze van Loon, Managing Partner at ORCA van Loon Communications. The concrete measures that emerged from this included the conception of a poster campaign, monthly editorial planning for social media and the implementation of digital recruiting campaigns. “With the Besenthal Group, we have gained a partner with whom we can optimally contribute our expertise in the areas of employer branding and strategic communication,” emphasizes Schulze van Loon.
The roots of the Besenthal Group go back 50 years to 1975. Today, the group offers a wide range of services, including the transportation of agricultural and building materials, agricultural production, warehousing, real estate and entertainment. The headquarters are located in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath, in Bargfeld in the district of Uelzen.
